Two elected, Two re-elected to Board of Governors
At CAP’04, five honored for top-notch service

Two CAP members have been re-elected to the CAP Board of Governors, and two others have been elected to their first terms on the Board.
Kevin B. Dole, MD, of Boston, and E. Randy Eckert, MD, of Austin, Tex., were re-elected to a second term as governor.
Robert L. Breckenridge, MD, of North Kansas City, Mo., and Morton H. Levitt, MD, of Tallahassee, Fla., were elected to their first full three-year terms, to expire in 2007. They replace Gene N. Herbek, MD, and William R. Dito, MD, who completed their second terms as governor.
Other members of the Board are Mary E. Kass, MD, president; Thomas M. Sodeman, MD, president-elect; Jared N. Schwartz, MD, PhD, secretary-treasurer; governors Stephen N. Bauer, MD; Andrew E. Horvath, MD; Ronald B. Lepoff, MD; John W. Mason, MD; Stanley J. Robboy, MD; Jay F. Schamberg, MD; Thomas M. Wheeler, MD; and Harry J. Zemel, MD. Ex-officio members of the Board are Mary L. Nielsen, MD, speaker of the House of Delegates; Thomas Joseph Cooper Jr., MD, vice-speaker of the House of Delegates; and J. Thomas Molina, MD, chair of the Residents Forum.
The results of the 2004 election were announced Sept. 18 during the annual business meeting held at CAP ’04 in Phoenix.
