May 2018—ElitechGroup Molecular Diagnostics introduced two high-performance, real-time PCR analyte specific reagents for JC virus and human herpes virus 8 detection.
The ASRs can be used for the amplification and detection of the JCV VP2 T-antigen region and HHV-8 ORF26 gene. The reagents were developed with the company’s proprietary technologies, including Minor Groove Binder, Eclipse Dark Quencher, AquaPhluor dyes, and Superbases.
