Enzo validated antibodies for IHC

June 2018—Enzo Life Sciences introduced three clinically relevant antibodies for immunohistochemistry detection. The p16INK4A monoclonal antibody is an antibody specific for a cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitor that plays an important regulatory role in the cell cycle. The HER2/Neu monoclonal antibody is an antibody specific for a proto-oncogenic transmembrane receptor tyrosine kinase that is clinically indicated in a number of carcinomas. The Ki-67 monoclonal antibody is a nuclear, non-histone protein that is expressed only during active phases of the cell cycle (G1, S, G2, and M) but not in the resting phases (G0 and G1 early phase).
