Dec. 9, 2022—CompuGroup Medical US announced the acquisition of Medicus Laboratory Information Systems from Diagnostic Systems Consulting LLC.
Medicus develops laboratory management software and middleware and provides consulting services to laboratories across the United States. Its LIS has been installed in more than 1,000 laboratories in the United States.

This will also benefit customers of Medicus by giving them access to numerous, high-value CompuGroup Medical technologies and revenue cycle management solutions and services. This is a great strategic fit for us and our customers.”
The Medicus LIS team will become part of CompuGroup Medical US and will continue to deliver products and services with the opportunity to expand and offer more laboratory data management and revenue cycle management solutions.
