Aug. 23, 2019–Helmer Scientific announced the launch of its upright laboratory, pharmacy, and blood bank GX Solutions refrigerators, with models ranging from 13 to 56 cubic feet.
GX Solutions aim to excel in three temperature management areas: keeping temperatures within +/-1°C throughout the unit, recovering quickly from temperature changes after prolonged door openings, and maintaining temperature stability.
“Helmer Scientific is excited to expand our energy-efficient GX Solutions to the entire refrigerator portfolio,” Ben Greenfield, director of marketing and new business development, said in a company press release. “Launching new and innovative products is part of our commitment to serving and supporting our customers.”
The refrigerators are designed for noise-sensitive areas, are Energy Star certified, and use OptiCool cooling technology, which pairs a variable capacity compressor and natural hydrocarbon refrigerants to maintain temperature uniformity.
