March 2023—NRichDx has launched two products for developing liquid biopsy assays. The IVD-labeled NRichDx Revolution Circulating Free Total Nucleic Acid kit is used for extracting circulating cell-free total nucleic acid and comes in two kit sizes for sample volumes ranging from 1 to 20 mL.
The NRichDx cfDNA Reference Standard is a control for cfDNA extraction using mononucleosomal DNA. It contains tubes of thaw-and-use cfDNA extraction controls to measure the yield and efficiency of cfDNA extraction.
Both products are designed for use with the company’s Revolution sample prep system.
