Mouse-on-mouse peroxidase polymer kit, 3/13:75

 

Vector Laboratories has added to its mouse-on-mouse (MOM) family of detection reagents the MOM ImmPress peroxidase polymer kit. It allows the use of mouse primary antibodies on mouse tissue without background staining, by using a sensitive, one-step, non-biotin MOM ImmPress polymer reagent. The reagent also provides a time savings in the detection protocol, since it is ready to use in one step.

The kit contains an 0.6-mL MOM mouse Ig blocking reagent (concentrate), 30 mL of ready-to-use 2.5 percent normal horse serum, and 15 mL of ready-to-use MOM ImmPress anti-mouse Ig reagent and is sufficient to stain about 150 mouse tissue sections.
