Agilent introduces SureSelect DNA Kit

Feb. 18, 2020—Agilent Technologies introduced the SureSelect XT HS2 DNA Kit, designed to address key challenges that laboratories encounter when preparing DNA sequencing libraries for research.

The kit offers the ability to multiplex hundreds of samples in one sequencing run and to remove sample contamination as a result of index hopping from reads. Other features include better error correction to detect variants with low allele frequencies and the option to purchase solid-phase reversible immobilization beads and streptavidin beads as part of a complete kit.
