Eppendorf North America’s epMotion M5073 and P5073 workstations automate and simplify complex, labor-intensive pipetting tasks, saving time and improving the reliability and reproducibility of results.
The epMotion M5073 automates the DNA purification process, providing reproducibility with high yield and purity. Set-up time is short, and elution volumes as low as 25 µL for high concentrations can be used.
Per run, one to 24 samples can be extracted for nucleic acid from blood, tissue, cells, bacteria, or viruses.
The epMotion P5073 helps streamline and automate the whole PCR set-up workflow, in 96- or 384-well formats. Four different step-by-step guided PCR assistants are available to facilitate working with normalization, dilution, set-up reactions, and composing mastermixes.
Both the epMotion P5073 and epMotion M5073 have six SBS positions and are installed with a large color touchscreen. An Eppendorf CleanCap option minimizes contamination risks with the use of a HEPA filter and UV lamp.
