July 2026—CareDx has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Naveris for $160 million up front plus up to $100 million in additional payments tied to revenue milestones. Naveris is a precision oncology diagnostics company with a Medicare-reimbursed, blood‑based monitoring test for cancers caused by viral infections. The deal aligns with CareDx’s strategy to focus on U.S. precision medicine testing services and patient and digital solutions. The transaction is expected to close in the third quarter of 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.
