Dr. Crothers is cytopathology medical director at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center and chair of the CAP Cytopathology Committee. Dr. Kurtycz, a member of the Cytopathology Committee, is laboratory medical director at the Wisconsin State Laboratory of Hygiene and professor in the Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine, University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health. Leonard Bloom is manager of cytopathology at Vanderbilt University Medical Center and a member of the Cytopathology Committee.
