Aug. 2, 2023—Hc1 announced a development partnership with American Oncology Network. The collaboration will enable AON’s cancer care team to optimize laboratory staffing through artificial intelligence and machine learning models trained on combined timekeeping and testing data using Hc1’s Workforce Optimization solution. The partnership is underway with design input from AON to help create a proactive system that enables the visibility of key performance indicators.

They are a key partner who will play an important role in the development and adoption of this new solution and how its predictive insights can help guide decision-making in real time.”
