September 2025—Labcorp and NowDiagnostics are collaborating to expand access to rapid syphilis testing. The companies will distribute First to Know Syphilis Test kits at no cost to select community-based public health organizations across the United States. Labcorp and NowDx distributed kits to more than 15 organizations across the country, including to LGBTQ+ health centers, HIV/AIDS care providers, and safety-net clinics.
Labcorp serves as the exclusive commercial laboratory offering the test for health care providers as well as directly to consumers through Labcorp OnDemand. The over-the-counter test provides results in 15 minutes.
