March 11, 2024—Proscia announced that Pramana, an artificial intelligence–enabled health technology company, is now a Proscia Ready partner. Pramana joins the partner alliance to help life sciences organizations and diagnostic laboratories leverage enriched, high-quality data, including DICOM (Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine) images, in their routine research and clinical operations.
Pramana is “empowering pathologists and scientists with richer images so that they can make more informed decisions and enabling them to capitalize on the standardization that DICOM provides,” Arun Ananth, Proscia’s chief commercial officer, said in a press statement. “We are thrilled to welcome Pramana to Proscia Ready so that customers can increasingly realize these benefits.”
The two companies will work to integrate Pramana’s SpectralHT scanners with Proscia’s Concentriq pathology platform, enabling laboratories to benefit from Pramana’s approach to whole slide imaging in daily practice.
