Thermo Fisher Scientific’s Dionex UltiMate 3000 biocompatible rapid separation liquid chromatography system is designed to combine ultrahigh-performance liquid chromatography with the corrosion-resistant flow path required to analyze proteins, peptides, nucleic acids, and biotherapeutics.
The system is reliable and durable, even with harsh solvents used for many bioseparations. The flow path is built of corrosion-resistant materials, extending the life of biocolumns, even under high salt or extreme pH conditions. In addition, the materials used are designed to significantly reduce the risk of analytes interacting with internal surfaces of the flow path, protecting data quality.
The system is powered by UltiMate 3000 rapid separation technology to support the high pressures necessary to separate many bioanalytes on high-resolution UHPLC columns. The system operates at pressures as high as 1,000 bar (15,000 psi) and flow rates up to 8 mL/minute.
