CURECA performs the entire PCR testing process without any human intervention, enabling nonstop operation, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. CURECA automatically stops and refills consumables and transfers testing plates to the next step. CURECA configuration can be tailored to specific laboratories that demand particular test types and have space constraints. CURECA offers flexibility in diagnostics, from small-scale to large-scale testing, enabling broad coverage of diseases.
It comprises three core modules: the Customizable Pre-treatment System (CPS), Primary Sample Aliquot System (PAS), and Customizable and Expandable Full Automation (CEFA) system. Depending on whether pretreatment is required, CURECA can operate in two configurations: CPS plus CEFA or PAS plus CEFA. Built on interoperable components, CURECA supports continuous operation with minimal human input and is designed for use in regional laboratories, outpatient clinics, and low-resource settings.
