Trane says the acquisition will broaden its capabilities in precision temperature control and its existing portfolio of life science solutions and expertise under the Farrar brand. Trane will leverage its operating system and expertise in sustainability, services, worldwide distribution, and commercialization to accelerate Helmer Scientific’s continued growth. Helmer Scientific’s more than 425 associates have joined Trane, and the business will continue its operations in Noblesville, Ind.
