Visiun awarded group purchasing agreement

Oct. 3, 2019—Visiun announced it has been awarded a group purchasing agreement from Premier. The agreement allows Premier members to take advantage of special pricing and terms prenegotiated by Premier for Visiun’s Performance Insight laboratory analytics system.

“We are grateful that Visiun was selected as a trusted Premier supplier for laboratory analytics,” Tim Bickley, vice president of sales for Visiun, said in a company press release. “Performance Insight was developed to provide unsurpassed analytics and solutions that address the challenges of today’s laboratory. Supporting process improvement, operations, patient safety, and financial performance, we are excited that Performance Insight will now be available to the large number of hospitals within the Premier network.”

The Premier network comprises approximately 4,000 U.S. hospitals and 165,000 providers.
