April 2014—Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics’ CentraLink Data Management System achieved the highest rating for overall user satisfaction, according to the Middleware Market Monitor, a report published by Information Dynamics. The report reviews the current use of middleware solutions in the main hospital clinical laboratory and tracks changes in product usage or applications. Two hundred forty-three respondents representing hospitals across the United States participated in this report via an online quantitative survey. Of the top brands with a projected installed base of at least 100 accounts, CentraLink received the top rating of 3.6 in a five-point scale, with more than 90 percent of respondents reporting being satisfied with the product.
