OGT, Intelliseq launch NGS reporting for myeloid malignancy panels

January 2024—OGT and Intelliseq released GeneSpect Somatic Reporter for use with OGT’s SureSeq portfolio of next-generation sequencing panels, including SureSeq myeloid panels. Powered by Intelliseq’s iFlow engine, GeneSpect Somatic Reporter presents genomic data and relevant clinical associations in a format optimized for the needs of NGS reporting for hematologic cancers. The iFlow engine integrates with OGT’s proprietary bioinformatics pipeline to generate clinically relevant variant interpretations, drug and therapy associations, clinical guidelines criteria, and clinical trials associations for OGT customers.

Also available to SureSeq users is Intelliseq’s report template engine, Customica Builder, which allows users to customize all aspects of the reporting process, from interpretation to report rendering.
