January 2023—Santé Consulting and Vanguard Healthcare Staffing announced a partnership in which the companies will provide recruiting support for anatomic and clinical laboratories.
“The demand for medical and clinical lab techs, pathologists, and executives will only continue to increase. Anything that we can do as recruiters to streamline the hiring process for our clients is essential,” Rich Cornell, founder and president of Santé Consulting, said in a joint press release. “Employers get the benefit of having their jobs posted on two job boards and in both of our proprietary databases. Candidates and employers will continue to have only one contact per opening.” The companies will also comarket their services at various conferences this year.
