AMP case report: Acute myeloid leukemia with hyperdiploidy

An 87-year-old male with a clinical history of hypertension and sick sinus syndrome presented with a one-month history of fever, generalized weakness, and weight loss. There was no lymphadenopathy or hepatosplenomegaly on physical examination. Bone marrow examination was performed to evaluate for cytopenias.
