OBJECTIVES
- Describe the role of liver biopsy
- Develop a systematic approach to interpreting medical liver biopsies
- Identify common morphologic patterns of injury & recognize the differential for each pattern
- Compose a report that includes diagnostic prognostic and clinically relevant information
- Summarize the changes to the 2016 WHO classification of testicular tumors
- Use morphologic evaluation and immunohistochemisrty to resolve common differential diagnosis problems in testicular tumor pathology
- Use knowledge on new approaches to classification and grading of prostate cancer that the attendees may apply in daily practice.
- Use knowledge on the differential diagnosis of those benign entities that may be misdiagnosed as prostate cancer. Such knowledge is critical in the daily practice of urologic surgical pathology.
