February 2023—Werfen has received five 2022 IMV ServiceTrak clinical laboratory awards in two categories. The company received best system performance and best service awards in the coagulation analyzers category, and awards for best customer satisfaction, best system performance, and best service in the blood gas category. This is the fourth consecutive year Werfen has been recognized in coagulation and the second time it has received all three awards in the blood gas category.
ServiceTrak awards are presented to the manufacturers that received the highest percentage of “highly satisfied” responses by laboratory professionals in the categories of customer satisfaction, system performance, and service.
