Antibodies to myeloperoxidase have been observed in systemic vasculitis, glomerulonephritis, rheumatoid arthritis, and inflammatory bowel disease. Elevated plasma levels also have been reported in acute coronary syndromes and with some malignancies.
This product will serve the needs of clinical researchers, laboratory professionals, and IVD manufacturers. It is for use as an integral component in solid-phase ELISA-based immunoassay test procedures.
In addition, this myeloperoxidase (pANCA) antigen is sourced from human neutrophils and free of HBsAg, HCV, HIV-1, and HIV2; offers outstanding degrees of activity and specificity; exhibits a purity level in excess of 95 percent, as assessed by SDS polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis; and demonstrates exceptional lot-to-lot consistency and product shelf-life.
