Dr. Baker is chief medical officer, Joint Pathology Center, Silver Spring, Md. He is vice chair of the AJCC Education and Promotions Committee and CAP liaison to the AJCC, and he serves on its Executive Committee. He is past chair of the CAP Cancer Committee.

Dr. Washington is professor of pathology, Vanderbilt University. She is chair of the AJCC Editorial Committee and a member of the AJCC Executive Committee. She is a past chair of the CAP Cancer Committee and a current member of the CAP Cancer Committee and the CAP Center Guideline Committee.

Dr. Khoury is professor of pathology and laboratory medicine and medical director of geographic expansion at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center, and he is chair of the CAP Cancer Committee.

Dr. Edgerton is associate professor of pathology at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center, chair of the CAP Pathology Electronic Reporting Committee, and past president of the Association for Pathology Informatics.
