June 15, 2022—The FDA has cleared residual white blood cell counting on Sysmex America’s XN-10 Automated Hematology Analyzer with Blood Bank mode. The analyzer supports red blood cell and platelet component testing along with residual white blood cell counting in a single sample aspiration with no sample preparation or predilution required and offers four selectable profiles, two for red blood cell concentrates and two for platelet concentrates.
