March 2023—Verichem Laboratories announced the availability of ready-to-use, multilevel clinical reference materials intended for use with toxicology assays on a range of wet chemistry analyzers.
The component materials and available concentration ranges include acetaminophen, 6–300 mg/L; lithium, 0.20–4.60 mmol/L and/or 0.50–5.50 mmol/L; and salicylate, 2–100 mg/dL. The materials incorporate a unique biosynthetic design, the company says, encompassing the serum-like reactivity of a protein-based product coupled with the gravimetric accuracy of an absolute standard.
